Hey! I’m looking to sublet my double room in Clapton for the month of August while I’m away working. So looking to do viewings ASAP!

The house is on a lovely street in Clapton, 2 minutes walk from Clapton overground station! Slap bang between Hackney and Stoke Newington, and there’s loads of buses on Clapton Road too so the transport links are great.
Tonnes of great pubs and restaurants nearby, with the park and canal a 3 minute walk away. Aldi is also only a 10 minute bus ride.
There’s 5 rooms in the house, all on separate levels, a huge living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely garden which gets loads of sun.
The room is really spacious and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and desk.
Rent is £500 (bills included- Gas, electric, council tax, water, wifi) so nothing to worry about.
