Big Ensuite Double near Hackney Downs

We have a large double (ensuite) room to rent in a four bedroom split-level flat next to Hackney Downs. The flat is a brisk 5-minute walk from Hackney Downs overground station (or 10 minutes to Hackney Central) and it's an excellent location right between Hackney, Dalston, and Clapton nearby.

The flat is set over two levels, has a bright open plan kitchen/living room, and comes with an adorable garden (hobby gardeners are most welcome!). Your room has an ensuite, and the other housemates share a different bathroom.
The room for rent comes partly furnished with a double bedframe, mattress and wardrobes.

The rent is £926.86 pm and bills are split between the housemates. Roughly, energy bills comes to £40, council tax £37, internet £22, and the water bill is £60 each every six months. A cleaner also comes once a fortnight, where we pay £10 each.

You'll be living with Charlotte Elza and Peter, who are in their early-30s. As a flat, we like to keep things calm and respectful - we catch up while cooking or watching TV, and will sometimes venture out together (depending on the mood). Ultimately, the flat would suit someone who would prefer their home to be a base and a quiet place to come back to.

The room is free from 18 August, and is only available to those who can move-in around that date. It is a 12-month contract with a six-month break clause.
