Hello everyone.

i am moving out of my studio and looking for a replacement for myself.

it's in a great location with Hackney Downs Park and London fields a short walk away. This location is great for anyone working in the city as it's just a few stops to Liverpool street on the train, its very connected with Hackney Central Station 5 minutes away, and Hackney Downs Station just 2 minutes away.

This price does not include bills besides gas, and water which the landlord takes care of,

This flat is small but spacious enough for 1 person.. i have been here for 3 years, and i have managed fine as a single person working full-time. I think this flat i perfect for someone who wants to live alone but doesn't want to pay a heavy price tag for a 1 bed flat.

i would like to find a longer-term tenant and will require past references.
