Spacious double room in end of terrace maisonette

A lovely double room with a lot of storage and big windows, the room comes with a built in desk and is fully furnished as I have some of my belongings still in there. It's in a lovely part of hackney on the end of the terrace on the corner of hackney downs park and a short walk to convenience shops, trendy pubs and bars, Chatsworth road and millfields park.
The shared bathroom is very modern and features a large shower and a light up mirror.
The house also hosts a large private garden, a large kitchen with lots of storage and a huge fridge/freezer!! currently its just me and one other flatmate, we are both very hard working students who love music, reading and socialising though we also value and respect personal time and space. We aren't big drinkers but may enjoy a pint on the weekend.
