Double room in Hackney

We are looking for professional flatmate for our spare double bedroom.
It is a family house consisting of myself, my partner and our nearly 4 years old daughter.
There are one bathroom with shower and separate toilet, open living room with kitchen and back garden. The flat is located 10 minutes walk from Hackney Downs Station and 15 minutes away from Hackney Central station. There are many shops and restaurants around as well as beautiful massive park for jogging lovers.
All bills are included (water, gas, electricity, WiFi).
We are very friendly, easy going people, our daughter is really cute and chatty little human. We will be happy to share our flat as long as it and our family are respected.
