Spacious double in Clapton

Hi all!
I am moving out, which leaves my lovely room open for someone new.

The room is really spacious and gets a lot of light. It comes fully furnished, with a double bed, mattress, desk, chair and drawers/shelfs.
There is a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Sadly there is no communal living room, but there is a garden! And if you are in need of even more green the marshes are just a 10 minute walk away.

You will be sharing with one professional, two master students and a quirky dog!
The house is very chill and we do our own thing, but meet in the kitchen for the occasional chat or shared dinner. The dog is a bit shy but will befriend you if you give her treats or join for a walk.

We are looking for a tidy and chill person that has their own life but likes to occasionally hang out. Professionals are preferred and liking dogs is a must!

On the logistic side of things:
Rent: 745
Bills: avarage around 100 (fluxuate a bit between summer and winter)
Deposit: 800
Move in: 1st of September (with a bit of flexibility that we can discuss)
