The flat is located in Upper Clapton, a convenient spot with great transport links. You're close to the Victoria and Piccadilly lines and just a short distance from Hackney, Tottenham, Stoke Newington, and Harringay.

For cyclists, Central London is only 30 minutes away by bike. You can also easily access London Fields and Liverpool Street Station using the Overground train.

About the Space:

The available room is a cozy double with plenty of natural light, thanks to a large window that fills the entire wall and offers lovely views.

There’s additional storage available, including a large box outside the room and a cupboard with hanging space. The room also comes with a desk, a large mirror, and a wardrobe. If you prefer, the furniture can be removed.

For those needing more space, there’s a larger room available for an additional negotiable amount per month.

The living space is inviting, with comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen that includes a six-person dining table. Outside, you can relax on the terrace, where I’m working on a small potted garden. Secure bike parking is also available.
