Cozy room with a panoramic view (ASAP)

Hello everyone!

Me and my flatmate are looking for someone to take over the room ASAP. It is available from September 6th. It's a 1 year contract with a 6 month break, but it's possible (and even preferable) if you decide to extend it. :)

This is the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment on the 7th floor. The living room has a winter garden, which makes it a truly amazing flat especially on a sunny day.

Your bedroom has an in-built wardrobe and a large window as well and its own bathroom (the biggest one) with a bath. The flat has also plenty of additional storage. The living room (and a flat in general) comes furnished – a previous flatmate might leave furniture in the bedroom as well, it's negotiable;

The flat is situated in a great location near Haggerston station just around the corner (it takes only 30 mins to get to the city centre). There is a well-stocked grocery, pharmacy and yoga studio on the ground floor within our building; there are also bigger Tesco and M&S within walking distance. The price is £1067 rent without bills.
