Huge room near Haggerston station

We have a huge, double room available in a massive Georgian 4 story town house living , with three friendly housemates from Scotland, Australia and Croatia, MMF age 29 - 35 who work in project management, Teaching, and Procurement. I'm moving out after living in this flat for 5 years to move in with my boyfriend.

Looking to sublet till the end of our fixed term on the 19th of December with the option to stay on when the contract gets renewed. (don't worry I won't be moving back!)

There is a huge communal lounge which has a large sitting area, as well as a dining area / kitchenette on the second floor.

The bathroom is on the third floor with shower / bath / toilet and there is a separate toilet downstairs as well. There is a massive kitchen on the 4th floor with seating and washing machine.

It's a really amazing house, 1 have lived here for 5 years.
The house is a 1 minute walk from Haggerston Overground and Tesco and a set of bus stops where 4 buses stop. Also within easy walking distance of Dalston, Shoreditch, Old Street, London Fields and Hackney Central.

Please note that the room will only include a bed, but finding items to fill the room on Facebook is very easy in this area. Plus there is space to work in the livingroom and kitchen.

BILLS:
Bills and general housing costs are £185 a month which. Includes all bills, (water, council tax, internet, gas and electric) and things like toilet paper and communal cleaning goods - which are paid from this. Cleaner costs are £45 pounds which we take in turn paying (so 1 x every 4 months)

No couples / no pets / no smokers please. Looking for someone who works office hours, someone clean and tidy.
