I’m Karolina, a 26-year-old Merchandising Assistant, and I’m on the hunt for three awesome flatmates to join me in my lovely flat in Hackney. My current lease ends on 2nd October, and since my current flatmates are moving back home, I’m looking for new people to start a fresh lease with me.
The flat is located in Hackney/Lower Clapton, within a 10-12 minute walk to Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations, with convenient bus stops just 3-5 minutes away.
About the Flat:
Room 1: £616 (cold)
Room 2: £868 (cold)
Room 3: £1210 (en suite / own bathroom) (cold)
Prices are excluding bills, which are around £100.. There’s an option for either a five-week deposit or a 0 deposit scheme, depending on the landlord’s decision.
A Bit About Me:
I love to socialise, travel, and explore new food spots, cafes, and drink places. I’m into reformer pilates, spin classes, and long mental health walks—sometimes you just need to unwind in this bustling city! I also enjoy festivals, events, and gigs, but I’m equally happy with a cosy night in, a good movie, some tea, and great conversations.
I’m respectful and empathetic when it comes to living together. I value spending time with my flatmates and catching up, but I also understand the need for personal space and downtime.
Who I’m Looking For: I’m ideally seeking professionals (no students, please) who are easygoing, respectful and enjoy a good balance of socializing and quiet time.
