Hackney Downs Large Double Room

I'm leaving my tenancy as I’ve now bought a new home so we are looking for someone to take over a beautiful large double room right next to Hackney Downs park.

The room has 2 large built in wardrobes, but otherwise comes unfurnished. I would be happy to leave the king size bed if required at no extra cost.

The house is spread over three levels with a kitchen and dining area, garden, separate living room and 2.5 bathrooms. It includes a parking space in a gated road.

The house is an incredible place to live. Perfectly placed between Hackney Central, Dalston, Stoke Newington and Clapton. It could not come more highly recommended.

You'd be sharing with Hayley and Kristina, two professionals. Everyone is friendly, and happy to hang out while cooking dinner, but equally have their own lives outside of the house.

Bills come to about £120 a month in total, and the room is available from end of October.

This property is managed directly by the landlord who has been fantastic with upgrading and maintaining the house when required. We have an agency who just deals with all the admin.
