We're looking to do viewings this Sunday on-wards.
The house has a sunny balcony, garden, run-through kitchen to living room, and a bright conservatory at the back. We have a large ground floor bathroom with bath/shower and one smaller bathroom with shower downstairs.
You will be signing onto the new 12-month lease that started in September.
About us:
You will be joining a chill house who all work within a mix of different industries, hybridly WFH and externally at different times/days. We’re looking for a housemate ideally in their late 20s to late 30s, and mainly looking for a female-identifying person to keep the same balance in the house. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the moment, and we’re not looking for couples.
Room details:
* Double room with fireplace, built-in wardrobe space, and a double-glazed window facing onto the back garden. Bills and council tax are not inclusive (external cost details below).
* Room size 3.59m x 3.30m approx. (According to old house documents)
* Rent per month- £857.28 (went up 5% when we renewed the lease)
* Deposit- £797 which is tied up into the lease when you move in (your name will be replace current housemate on the deposit document)
* Available- 1st Oct (although we’ll try to get it ready a few days earlier so it’s hopefully free on a weekend day for moving)
* Council Tax Band E - £38.20 per month.
* Internet £8.60 per month
* Energy Bill each month
* Thames Water bill twice a year
* Cleaner for common spaces and bathrooms £7.40 per fortnight
* Would be signing on to join the 12month lease that just renewed this 1 Sept.
