The flat is a few minutes walk from Hackney Downs park and 10 minutes walk from the lovely Stoke Newington and slightly less to Clapton. Hackney Central is also very close walk too and about 15 minutes walk to Dalston. Stations close by are Clapton and Hackney Downs and Hackney central and the 55 bus which takes you to central London.

The flat occasionally has estate agents who come to visit, but we choose pick and choose when they can visit, it’s not an issue, thanks to this we got rent down a little bit. But the property will be rentable for over a year minimum.
