Double Bedroom in London Fields

Hi, I'm moving out to the countryside with my partner next month and now I'm looking for someone to takeover my room and my contract.

Place is a dream location. 1 min walk to Broadway Market
Quiet area, quiet flat, lovely neighbours, mostly families with kids,
I was living here for the last year and absolutely loved it.

We made this place a home, and it's a very peaceful and homely spot. We would like to keep it that way, but also happy to occasionally host a dinner party or a games nights with friends.
We are looking for someone to match this vibe!

Kasia is staying in the house, and she is a wonderful housemate, who works as a Product Manager in the beauty industry (2 days from office, 3 days from home). She enjoys music, art galleries and a good coffee.

It's a 2 bedroom flat, private property in the Tower Hamlet Council Estate owned by a lovely couple.

Details:
Rent £1075
Deposit £1075 (payment by September 24th to secure the place.)
Once we agree on all details, I'll introduce you to our landlord Sabine who will send the written agreement, bank details etc..

Move in date: October 12th afternoon

Wifi around £17 (there might be new contract once I move out)
Water around £19
EDF (electricity and gas) usually max £80 (depending on a season)

We use Splitwise app for all the bills, cleaning and shared cooking products.

(That’s the only thing that landlord provides)

- No mattress

- Looking for a new tenant who will be willing to buy few bits of me:

* brand new 3 door wardrobe (£100)
It fits in the room perfectly and makes a really good storage
(you can always sell it to the next tenant when you move out)

* 2 chairs (£50)
(Place was partially unfurnished when we moved in so we had to buy a set of 4 chairs for the dining table and we want it to stay in the flat for now)
