Double room for rent by Hackney Central station

My current flatmate is moving to Brighton with his boyfriend (😢) so I will have a double room available to rent in a gorgeous 2 bed flat on Amhurst Road.

The flat is well decorated with a modern kitchen, skylight, exposed brick and has an overall cosy feel.

Closest stations are Hackney Central (3 min walk) and Hackney Downs (5 min walk) and there are plenty of buses too.

You will be sharing with one other flatmate (me) and the sweetest little cat who is very friendly and relaxed 🐈‍⬛

I work in audit in the city and spend roughly 3-4 days in the office. Outside of work, I love to cook, explore local pubs and cafés, read, run, and spend time with friends (also always up for a movie night!).

The flat is always kept tidy, with a spacious open plan split level lounge/ kitchen. All rooms have white walls and laminate grey floors. If you’d like to add a desk, there’s additional space in the living room.

Bills come to roughly ~£150-£170 per month which includes electricity, council tax, water, and Wi-Fi.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is tidy, friendly, and shares similar interests.
