Flat-share - 1 room in 2 bed flat Hackney

One room in this 2-bed is available from early October - my current housemate is planning to move out October 5th, there's some flexibility with exact timings.

The flat's really nice and light up on the 7th floor with south-facing views across London.

The bills typically come to 100 - 150 per month.

We have a lovely cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

There's gym access in the building included, I've not used it but am told it's well-equipped.

There's a separate bathroom for each bedroom.

Pretty much all the furniture can stay, my outgoing flatmate is happy to sell the bed and mattress if you like.

The landlord is in the process of selling the flat and has recently accepted an offer, so the tenancy will be on a 2 month rolling basis, and we'll have to move out by February 2025, unless the sale doesn't progress.

It's a pretty chilled atmosphere in the flat, I'm always down to hang out and meet new people, and also like doing my own thing.

I'm a doctor, I grew up in Brixton and have been around Hackney the last 5 years.
