Looking for someone to fill a room in this amazing flat! Super bright and spacious 3 bedroom flat with open plan living room and kitchen!

The Room
The room is cozy with canal views and enough space for a double bed, dresser, clothes rail, bedside table or small desk. The room comes furnished with a bed frame and mattress.

The Flat
The flat is the perfect location being a 5 minute walk to Victoria park, and a 10 minute walk to broadway park and London fields! There’s a Sainsbury’s 4 minute walk away or a Lidl 15 minute walk away. Lots of local coffee shops, restaurants and gyms in the area!

There are 2 bathrooms. You’ll be sharing the large bathroom with one other person.

The flat is very well connected with the below transport links:
5 minute walk to Cambridge Heath (overground). 8 minutes on the overground to Liverpool Street.
12 minute walk to Bethnal Green (central line)

Flatmates
You will be living with Laura (me), 26 year old (F) from Canada. I moved to London 2 years ago for my job in product development. You will also be sharing with Kate, 26 (F) from Ireland who also moved 2 years ago for work.
We’re both friends and enjoy wine nights in, park runs, exploring the London foodie scene, weekends at broadway market and Victoria park, dinner parties, and girls nights out. We work hybrid roles and will be working in office and from home.

We are looking for someone to sign onto the lease and commit to a long term 1 year contract (with a 6 month break clause). Bills are not included and usually come to approx. £100-£120/month.

We’re looking for a flatmate who’s clean, respectful, and enjoys being social but also respects each others space! Ideally would like to be flatmates but also friends!
