Room for rent - 3 Bed Flat // Hackney Central

Hey all! We are looking a new roommate in our 3 bed flat in Hackney Central.

We're two close friends from the Netherlands. Pewand (30M), a Designer/Illustrator with great passion for music and a bit of a guitar addict & Arash (33M) An Industrial Designer and wicked skateboarder!

Although we're a social bunch, we're typically busy with our own schedules. So we're looking for someone who is down-to-earth and living their life but are respectful and keep the flat in a tidy state! Looking for good vibes only!

The room is unfurnished with possibility of taking over furniture from previous tenant. It's a well-sized room, with double glazed windows and with a built in storage section. The flat is on the 3rd floor.

The official move-in date is from 1 October. We're looking to do viewings this coming week.

All bills included in the rent.

- 2 min walk to Hackney Central station (Overground)
- 5 min walk to Hackney Downs station (Overground)

- In the heart of Hackney Central, both overground stations are very close.
- Co-op and M&S Food few minutes walking distance.
- Close to Broadway Market (13 min ish walk)
