Bright and Spacious 2 Bed next to Broadway Market

My flatmates and I are looking for someone to take over our tenancy for our beautiful flat just off Broadway Market. Ideally you will be available to move in around mid-October.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of an ex- council build and has been very well taken care of. There are 2 bright double rooms, separate lounge, spacious kitchen, balcony (you can just about see the canal through the trees), and an airy bathroom with a bathtub. (These photos were taken on a very grey day and the flat is still quite bright)

The flat is part furnished. 2 sofas, dining table and chars, TV stand and white goods. The bedrooms both come with beds and one bedroom comes with a desk, cupboards and wardrobe. We would also be open to selling some of our furniture to the next tenant if needed.

We have found the building to feel quite safe (kids play outside in the courtyard in the evenings which is very cute)

We love the flat and are very sad to be leaving it due to unforeseen personal circumstances. The landlord is fantastic and very communicative. This has been my best rental experience in London (and I have had a fair few!)
