Superb location for a couple!

Hi, me and my partner have been living in this superwell located flat for the last 4 years, but is now time to move in to our own place.

Right on Hackney road, you'll be 5 minutes from Broadway Market and/or Columbian Road with its famous Sunday flower market or all the little indi restaurants and café.

Bethnal Green tube station, Hoxton and Cambridge Overgroud stations are all within 15 minutes walking, and the bus stop that take you to the centre is on the other side of the road, together with Sainsbury's, our local pub, a newly opened cocktail bar and our favourite brunch place (which admittedly is superbusy on Sunday morning).

If it wasn't that we bought a property we will never moved from here, and honestly I am a bit sad of leaving this little gem.

We'll be out by the end of October/very beginning of November, and would like someone to take over our contract with the agency.
They are fast responding and have dealt with all the bits and bobs that occured during our tenancy without any problems.

Viewings can be held throughout the all day, as we have different shift patterns. Just get in touch..
