The flat has plenty of vast green spaces including Millfields Park, Hackney Marshes and Walthamstow Marches all under 5 minutes away. It's a very picturesque area with a great offer of cafes, gyms and a great pub up the road.
Bills are around £55 per month and then water is charged every 6 months around £50 each.
