Double room in Broadway Market flat

I am looking for someone to take the second bedroom of my 2-bed flat. The flat is spacious for 2 people, including high ceilings, 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen and living room. The flat is in a converted warehouse block right next to Broadway Market, looking out on to Regents Canal. Cambridge Heath overground station is 6-8 mins walk away and Bethnal Green station (central line) is 12-14 mins walk. London Fields and Victoria Park are both within 5-10 mins walk. The bedroom comes furnished with double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and an open hanging rail. There are 2 high storage cupboards above the door and additional storage space under the bed. There is secure bike storage in the basement of the block, as well as a car parking space and guest permits for visitors.

I'm an easy-going, sociable flatmate. I work in management consulting, and am usually in the office 3-4 days per week. At weekends I like heading to the pub, exercising, wandering round London and seeing live music. I also enjoy Sunday evenings spent chilling in front of the tv. It would be great to share the space with someone similar, who has London friends and things to do, but would also enjoy hanging out at the flat or grabbing a pint at one of the local pubs (there are lots of very good pubs around here!). I am ideally looking for someone who works in the office at least 4 days per week.

Bills (including cleaner once a fortnight) expected to be ~£150-200 per month. Tower Hamlets council tax band D.
