Huge bedroom in airy apartment Hackney Central

I have a second room to rent in a beautiful and very large apartment in Hackney Central (video is one room, photos are the other room, either are availble) The room is large with a huge window. It has a long built in wardrobe, and a sizeable cupboard and storage space. There isn't a desk in there at the moment, but it has space for one. The bedframe and mattress can be bought off of my current housemate. Please see the video of the room to get a better sense than from the photos.

My housemate is moving back home to NZ at the beginning of November when the room becomes available. Happy for either a couple or individual woman and (very!) open to pets. I work in Global Health research and go into my office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ideally looking for housemate/s who are also office based or hybrid workers.

There's a communal garden and a rooftop, plus parking. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from London fields overground station, and a 5 minute walk from Hackney central overground station. It's minutes away from the park and just off of a great street- Wilton way filled with coffee shops etc.

The room is £1,800. Bills (council tax band E, gas etc) are around £140 per person per month for two people, or £93 between three.

A bit about me. Aside from my work I practice mysore yoga regularly (so tend to be out early!) I also run a small jewelry business. I am looking for housemate/s who wants a calm and beautiful home, who care about their living space. I am independent and happy to live with housemate/s who are also, but it would be nice to get on well enough that we choose to hang out!

Must be able to move in (/start paying rent) by November 4th.
