Huge bedroom in airy apartment Hackney Central

I have a second room to rent in a beautiful and very large apartment in Hackney, in between Hackney Central station and London Fields.

I'm am ideally looking for a woman to fill the bedroom. If you are a couple hoping to move in please note the rent would be adjusted up slightly. The room is £1,250 (not including bills). Bills are around £140 per person per month – including council tax band E.

There's a communal garden and a rooftop, plus parking. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from London fields overground station, and a 5 minute walk from Hackney central overground station. It's minutes away from the park and just off great street- Wilton way filled with coffee shops etc.

A bit about me. I am a Public Health academic researcher, I work 2/3 days a week from home. Aside from my work I practice yoga regularly, and like to get into nature on the weekends, I am also starting a small jewelry business. I am looking for someone who wants a calm and beautiful home, who cares about their living space. I am independent and happy to live with someone who is also, but it would be nice to host the ocassional dinner party together, and get on well enough that we choose to hang out!
