Bright and Spacious Flat next to Broadway Market

We are in the process of securing this flat from the previous tenants. We would like to find someone to fill either room. The flat is available from the 20th of October.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of an ex- council building and has been very well taken care of. There are 2 bright double rooms (1 larger than the other), seperate lounge, spacious kitchen, balcony (you can just about see the canal through the trees), and an airy bathroom with a bathtub. (These photos were taken on a very grey day and the flat is still quite bright).

The flat is partly furnished including 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, TV stand and white goods.

In terms of rooms, we are happy with either option below:

Option 1: we take the larger room and you take the slightly smaller room for £1000 pcm.

Option 2: we take the smaller room and you take the slightly larger room for £1050 pcm.

We have been told bills come to approximately £250 pcm. Obviously this would be split in 3.

We have also been told that professionals are preferred. However, there is potential for students/other with a guarantor or a larger deposit.

We can arrange viewings with the current tenants.

A bit about us:

We have recently moved from Melbourne to London, I’m 26, I’m an Occupational Therapist and my partner (Hamish 25M) is a civil engineer. We love cooking, travelling, hiking, swimming, running and socialising. We are both very keen to meet people and make a place somewhere where we call home! Both super clean and love the idea of a communal living. Look forward to meeting you.
