Rent is £800 not inc bills (they usually come to about £80pm). 5 min walk from Hackney Central and London Fields. 10 mins to Broadway Market, Hackney Downs and Dalston. Living with 3 lovely housemates, all Irish, 2 boys and a girly - LGBT+ friendly. They’re all friends so it’s a lovely sociable house! It’s a ground floor and basement flat (this is a basement room) sharing the bathroom with another girl. There is a back garden with a swinging chair which is so lovely in summer, no living room but there is a sofa and coffee table in the kitchen.
