Two spacious rooms in cosy Homerton home

Hello!

We’re looking for two housemates to join our cosy Homerton home. There are 2 rooms available (details below) from 1 November, with viewings being arranged from 14 October.

Room 1 - £1080 plus bills
The spacious double room is on the top floor and so gets great sunlight throughout the day, with wooden floors, a high ceiling and large windows. This room is unfurnished.

Room 2 - £795 plus bills
This cosy room is on the ground floor and gets great sunlight in the mornings with a parquet floor. This room is also unfurnished.

The house comes with a nice garden (including a fire pit), two bathrooms (both with a shower, one with a bathtub), a large kitchen and dining area, a separate living room, and front porch with a bench. The house is owned by a private landlord who is very responsive, so no agency.

We’re well connected - a 7 minute walk from Homerton Overground and round the corner from Chatsworth. Close to plenty of green spaces with Victoria Park, Millfields Park and the Marshes all nearby.

There are two people already in the flat who you’ll be sharing with 27-30): Judd (he/him) works in hospitality and Ricky (he / him) works in the legal industry. Judd has been living at the house for three years, with Ricky joining the house this month so you won’t be the only fresh face in!

We’re a queer household, clean and respectful of the space we share. The house lends itself to many communal evenings and breakfasts together (when our schedules align). We hope to continue the warmth that we’ve experienced in the house with dinners, a few Guinnesses, wine, and the occasional sweaty dance or two.
