Two rooms in lovely 3bed house w garden in Hackney

Hiya, I am looking for two people to move into a lovely house in Hackney.

Hackney Central and Hackney Downs are only 10 min away and will take you to London Liverpool, Stratford, Highbury&Islington. There’s a park a few min away.

The house is recently refurbished and very warm.
I treat it as my home, and would want you to treat it in the same manner.
Happy to do occasional dinners, watch a movies but equally respect your privacy and your space.

I would want someone who is respectful and chill.
Would also prefer a female.

Bills come up to £100 per person.
Also might consider short term stays.
