✨6 Month Sublet In Bethnal Green Jan - June 2025✨

🌏 I’m going travelling in the new year for 6 months and looking to sublet my double room in my 2 bed East London flat, situated in Cambridge Heath E2 from Jan 1st - June 30th 2025.

📍The location of the flat is amazing and within walking distance of Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park, Columbia Rd and Bethnal Green. With super great connections into the city via the central line from Bethnal Green / overground from Cambridge Heath, as well as great bus connections.

🏡 The rent is £1,150 before bills which at the moment are roughly around £100ish each month. Because the flat is so well insulated we didn’t have to put the heating on for the whole year, which means we save money massively in that area. The landlady is also a family friend so super lovely and reliable, which is a huge plus!

You’d be living with my bliss flatmate Olivia who is 27, works in fashion merchandising and is honestly one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met! 🥰 The flat is situated on the 3rd floor (with a private balcony) and the building is very safe as you can only get in with your fob and codes. The kitchen should have all the appliances you need such as pots, pans, cutlery and dishes, etc. The bedroom has a double bed/ mattress, large mirror, huge wardrobe (I’ll clear out for you) and also a desk & chair which is particularly handy if you wfh.
