Single room in Hackney

Hello Londoners,

We have a sunny single room in the heart of Hackney available in our 3rd floor flat on Mare Street (the narrow way bit) from the 15th of October .
The room comes with a single bed (the bed in the picture has changed), desk, chair, wardrobe and some bits and bob of furniture, to be confirmed on the viewing. The place doesn’t have a living room but the kitchen’s size is decent and good enough for the occasional drink, and fully equipped (Even a dishwasher).
Bills are not included and come to around £100 a month including internet.

You’ll be living with a bunch of chill people- 1 French guy, 1 Japanese guy and one French girl.
We’re would ideally want to have someone that is happy to go for the occasional activity.
