Female tenants are three working professionals, looking for friendly, considerate tenant. The room has large windows and tall ceilings. There is no common shared living room but each tenant has a designated area in the hallway for storage and in the kitchen.

The room comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe (as seen).
