Sublet in beautiful Haggerston flat

We’ll be away Dec 20 - Jan 31. I'm looking for someone to replace me over that period in my epic flat in Haggerston!

The flat is super spacious. The kitchen is really well equipped, you won't need to bring anything. We have a couple desks set up in the living spaces so you can WFH easily. There is space for bikes inside the front door. The flat is really well located, less than a 3 minute walk from Haggerston station, 10 minute walk to Dalston.

The room has wall to wall storage and a balcony. It is warm and dry and gets plenty of sunlight. You’ll share a bathroom with one other. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower + steamer.

The flatmates are all from New Zealand. They're all in the late 20s / early 30s, and very friendly. The flat has a cleaner come weekly and the flat is kept to a very high standard during the week.

The flat would suit a couple or single person who is keen to spend the odd week night together watching the football/ having drinks - but equally content to do there own thing. The house is so big there is space for everyone.

I can be a little flexible on dates. I am open to people staying for a shorter period.
