Bedroom available in shared flat - 4 bedrooms, shared kitchen, shared bathroom, and small shared balcony (helpful for drying washing), shared landing. The kitchen was fully re-done last year, so is nice and flashy. The flat is on the first floor of block of flats - neighbours all nice / no trouble.

Bills are electricity, gas, WiFi, council tax (£31 a month each), water - comes to about £90 a month in winter months

The bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe.

There is an enough space for doing yoga and working from home as I can store most of my things in the wardrobe and under the bed. The shared kitchen also has good storage/cupboard space separately + we also have shared cupboard.

Flat is a 5 min walk from Victoria park, 10 min from London Fields & Broadway Market, 10 min from Bethnal Green tube(Central line) and 4 min from Cambridge Heath overground station. Hackney Central overground is a 25 min walk away. Lots of buses connecting Hackney, City of London and Central London.

Flatmates are very lovely - working in photography, hospitality / acting, and as a barista. All super easy to get along with, always happy for a chat, not noisy, and very respectful of each other. I love the area, neighbourhood, and my flatmates, so I’m sad to move out the place where I lived for 3 and a half years :(

Move in date will be either December 9th or 10th: after dinnertime on the 9th or anytime on the 10th.

No direct contact with landlord - the property is managed by managing agents who mostly leave us to it & any repairs are generally dealt with quickly. The tenancy contract is flexible and if the managing agent agrees, you should still be able to swap tenants if you wanted to leave before the fixed term ends / want something more flexible.
