Spacious double room to rent

I am away for 3 weeks in December and would love to rent out my lovely spacious and bright room for that time.

The flat is on 2 levels, bedroom 1, living area and kitchen on lower floor then the large hallway/office space, bathroom and bedroom 2 is on the floor above.

The room is nicely decorated, has a very comfortable bed and linen bedding from made. com, and lots of natural light. There is also a desk & mac screen in the bedroom should you like to work from home. The flat has wood flooring and high ceilings throughout.

You will be sharing with my lovely flat mate who is 32 and female, she also has a very calm and quiet cat who is usually hanging out upstairs with her :)

The location is just by the entrance to Hackney Downs park if you like walks or running, and there's plenty of nice cafes with good coffee nearby. There is also a nice local deli and organic food store a few min walk, as well as tesco and good transport links from Hackney Downs, Hackney Central and Clapton.

Available from 8th - 29th Dec (could extend some days)

It would be £810 for the 3 weeks all in (bills included!). That's with a discount and a bit under the normal rent + bills costs. Open to shorter stays too but min 1 week.
