Sublet room

We are looking for a easy going, relaxed person. Someone who cleans up after themselves, who respects other house mates and doesn’t come back to party. We are a very welcoming household but not a party place. You will be living with 3 other guys who are very relaxed. Everyone respects each others space but also very much welcomes a conversation and hanging out. The place is only a 5 minute walk from London fields park and a 5 minute walk from Hackney central, so it is very central to everything. You will be living with a 27 year old fashion designer, a 28 year old graphic designer and a 28 year old barista. All bills are included and because it’s a sublet, you don’t have to put a down payment. It’s a very easy transition. I’m only moving because I’m leaving back to Australia but it is a very cosy and welcoming household.
