Double Room in flat overlooking Hackney Downs

Hi guys, looking for a housemate (preferably male 25-35) to fill a double-room available from JAN 2025.

Room is £850 (bills £120/130) per month for a 12 month contract.
Deposit of £895
Flat is nice spacious and overlooks the park.
About 5-10 minutes to both Hackney Downs and Rectory Road.

A bit about me:

I’m a creative and working in Music full-time so someone in a similar field with similar interests would be great.
I’m into footy, watching films/series and of course music.
Enjoy both nights in and heading to the pub for a couple. Occasional dinner/drinks with a mate or two but definitely not the flat for a party.

Overall a pretty relaxed person and like to keep that vibe in the flat too.

I work a couple of days in the office and otherwise at home so not too fussed about anyone’s work schedule.

Looking to start viewings from W/C 25/11/2024 (next week) between 5:30 - 8pm.
