Right beside Hackney Downs station, beautiful flat in a converted school building sharing with an Irish female art director and her little whippet dog. Super spacious flat — open dining / kitchen area, upstairs living room, bathroom and two bedrooms.

We're two best friends who work hard during the week so need to keep the equilibrium of the space friendly and respectful while I'm off traveling, so are only up for subletting to the right person.
