Beautiful narrowboat to let for December

Hello,
I'm renting out my lovely 58 foot narrowboat while I go travelling. My friend will be staying on it from January onwards so the term is from the 4th of December to the 31st. The rent is only £400 as I'm putting the ad out at short notice. Gas and licence is included.
The boat is very cosy and comfortable inside with a gas hob and grill, wood burner and compost toilet. There isn't a boiler currently but you can get hot water by running the engine. It will be parked somewhere around Tower Hamlets.
I'm on a continuous cruiser licence so the boat needs to be moved every two weeks, however if you find you can't move for any reason just let me know and I'll ask the CRT for a permit to stay longer.
The water is stored in a tank at the front and needs to be filled every three weeks depending on usage. Electricity comes from the solar panels and is quite limited so you will need to charge larger items at the library etc.
