Private room for rent

Hello!
I’m moving out of my place in Homerton in January and I’m looking for someone to take on my room.
The house is just off Chatsworth road in Homerton (a 10 minute walk from Homerton station and a 15 min walk from Hackney Central Station)

The house is really nice and I’m pretty sad that i’m leaving. It’s a 4 bed, has a really nice garden which is great in the summer, spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms including a bath, large living room and large basement with great storage.

You'll be living with Nadia, Joe and one other (yet to be decided). Nadia is a Geography teacher in her mid 20s and Joe works in the Civil service and is 30. We're looking for friendly people who are tidy and considerate but enjoy hanging out when the mood strikes.

The room is £750 (unfurnished)
Deposit is £750 (held with a deposit scheme)
Bills are £125 a month
Move in date is the 7th of Jan.
Contract is until the 8th of July, but space to renew at the end of the tenancy (through sterling ackroyd)
