I am moving out of my flat, the room will be available from the 18th of December! It’s a double room, 5 minute walk from Hackney Downs station and Hackney Central is about 10 minutes.

Rent is £825 a month and bills around £150 on top. Deposit is £767.

You'll be moving into a slighter smaller double room, but there is a huge cupboard outside of the room which has been converted into a wardrobe with lots of space for your clothes/shoes etc.

You’ll be living with two other people - Sarah who works in Set Design and Louis who is a photographer.
