Subletting two double bedrooms in a bright naturally lit penthouse flat. Couples are very much welcome. Available from the 1st December for a minimum of 1 month with the option to keep it rolling for longer.

The flat is situated on the top floor of a unique property with lots of natural light, and features one large living room, one kitchen, two separate bathrooms (one large bath, and one shower) and a small balcony. The kitchen is finished to a high spec with wooden fittings, gas hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The flat has been recently renovated with new insulation and freshly painted. The rooms are fully furnished, both with lots of built in storage.

The flat is ideally situated, 1 minute walk from Broadway Market and London Fields, and a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Victoria Park. Transport links are excellent - we’re a 5 minute walk from London Fields station and a 15 minute walk to Bethnal Green (central line tube) and Hackney Central. Many buses depart from just outside our flat, including the 55 which goes straight to central London.

We’re looking for people who are responsible and respectful - someone we can get on with that will keep the place tidy with us and treat the place like a home. We have a regular monthly cleaner and we make sure to tidy up after ourselves.

The price is £1350 exc. bills for Bedroom 1 (large, corner bedroom). £1150 exc. bills for Bedroom 2 (double bedroom with carpet). Couples are welcome but there will be an extra charge.
