I’m looking for a new lodger on a short-term basis from early January 2025, quite flexible with dates/length! 



The room is fully furnished, has a king bed, built in wardrobe, drawers and a desk if you want! It's "Bedroom 2" on the plan. Flat is renovated to a really high standard by previous owners - we got the oven from bakeoff (yes with the slidey door), induction hob, dishwasher, and modern shared bathroom (with a bath).

I build furniture and enjoy interior design (as well as all other aspects of design) - so I like to think the place is nicely put together. It’s a great flat for 2 people to chill and spend life in. Your room is open to change per your taste as well! I strongly believe it should be your space while you occupy it.

The flat is on a quiet road, and has a south-facing balcony avec hammock for chilling on warmer days. It’s incredibly well connected for cyclists, and short walk to Homerton/LondonFields, which then access Liverpool St. and Highbury/Islington for interchange. There is an attic too, if you need to store bags or small-medium-sized bits n bobs.

I’m 30 and moved to London about 2.5 years ago from Edinburgh. I work as a Product Manager in the outdoor cycling industry, wfh 2ish days a week.

I’m a laid-back back outdoorsy and creative person, I find it quite hard to sit still - I enjoy cycling (I ride gravel around Epping Forrest a lot), skiing, yoga, running and all sorts of adventures and other fun stuff. I eat meat, if that's important. I love music, gigs and occasional raves. I don’t bash swifties but I also don’t listen to the top 40 or throw big parties in the flat. Will occasionally subject you to my DJing and NTS Radio (flo's breakfast show). I enjoy cooking and I’m often out in the evenings at a makerspace I go to for woodworking.


My current flatmate and good friend is leaving to buy his own dream house, and interested in having a few short-term lodgers who are respectful, fun, outgoing and tidy next year!

No smokers incl. vapes or super night owls, please!

Price is excl. bills, which are about £150/mo, happy to wrap it into one price for easy payments.
