We are two creatives (one working in fashion and one in photography) looking for a new flatmate. We both love socialising and being out and about, whilst also being able to chill out around the house.

The house is fully furnished, although there may be some space if you have some furniture.
We are the top floor flat, which means we get great light all through the day. The bedroom has a wardrobe, bed and bookshelf. There is one bathroom, although the toilet is separate.
The kitchen is a generous size and is open with the living room. We have a small balcony which is great to catch the afternoon sun.

We are right across the road from Haggerston park, Broadway market is a 2 minute walk away and London Fields less than 10 minutes. We are right next to a canal, which leads down to Victoria park. There are lots of bus routes nearby and the Cambridge Heath overground is about a 10min walk away, same with the London Fields overground. Haggerston Overground is about 15min walk and Bethnal Green underground about 20mins away. So great transport links.

Bills and council tax aren't included - it is about £100-£150 on top each month.
