We have a double bedroom in our newly acquired 4 bedroom flat right in the heart of the best East London spots available from 18th January!

The flat is 2 floors, with a seperate kitchen and living space (plus small balcony), and seperate toilet/shower. It is less than 10 minutes walk to Bethnal Green tube, Cambridge Heath station, and London fields overgound so the location is ideal.

You have access to Broadway market, London fields, regents canal, Vicky park and Hackney road all at your fingers plus more we haven't discovered yet.

The room is £875 pm, and fits a double bed plus furnishings, has double glazed windows and a heater, with lots of light and sun.

Who you are: We are looking for a male (for balance) in their mid twenties, who is tidy, respectful, kind and social who does their own thing but also is keen to integrate into the flat dynamic. Ideally doesn't work from home full time and no pets/couples sorry.

Who we are: 2 kiwis and an aussie, all living in the UK the past year and a half, making the move from South West to East! All working fulltime, excited to explore the area, and live balanced lives of sports/gym/work/seeing friends and going out in the weekends.
