We are two creatives (one working in fashion and the other in photography) looking for a new flatmate. We both enjoy socialising and being out and about, but also like to relax at home.

The house is fully furnished, although there may be some space if you have your own furniture. We live in a top-floor flat, which means we get plenty of natural light throughout the day. The bedroom comes with a wardrobe, bed, and bookshelf. There is one bathroom, with a separate toilet.

The kitchen is spacious and open to the living room. We also have a small balcony, which is perfect for catching the afternoon sun.

We’re located right across the road from Haggerston Park, with Broadway Market just a 2-minute walk away, and London Fields less than 10 minutes on foot. The canal is just next to us, leading down to Victoria Park. There are plenty of bus routes nearby, and Cambridge Heath Overground station is about a 10-minute walk away, as is the London Fields Overground. Haggerston Overground is about a 15-minute walk, and Bethnal Green Underground is around 20 minutes away, so we have excellent transport links.

Bills and council tax are not included – these amount to around £100 extra per month.
