Short let in 2 bed Hackney apartment

hello! I have a cosy room available in my flat from 15th Jan-17th Feb.

-It's 5 mins from Hackney Central, 10 mins from Hackney Downs on foot and well connected by bus too!
- the room will be clear of any personal items pictured since I'll be moving to the other room next door in the flat but the bed, side table and potentially also the clothes drawers will be there.
- Bills not included sadly. usually comes to about £100 per person per month.
- council tax band C

a bit of housemate-ey info about me - I am a quiet 27-year-old student studying English Literature so I'm often out in the daytime Monday-Friday. I like staying in cooking/reading/playing switch - not much of a party person around the house but I'll be out around 3 nights in the week. I have a partner who'll be around occasionally too.
