Beautiful room available next to London Fields

Hello! Cande and Molly here, writing to you about our cosy room that’s available from 1st of July in our wonderful Broadway Market home.

The location is amazing, just off Broadway Market by London Fields, and walkable from Shoreditch/Dalston/Bethnal Green. It is an amazing part of London and we feel very lucky to get to live here at such a good price.

The room is little but really homely and with lots of storage. Both of us have lived there, Molly being the current tenant for the past 2 years, she’s moving to the bigger room as our housemate is leaving to move to a studio flat, but she’s sad to say goodbye to this room. It comes furnished with a bed, lamp and chest of drawers as well as the built in wardrobe.

As the room is on the smaller side, you are welcome to work in the living room during the day, but as it is a shared space we do ask that it is only 3x a week. If you need to be working at your desk late into the night, this won’t be a good fit as we will all want to share the communal space in the evenings.

A bit about us: Molly (32) and Cande (36) and we are looking for someone who identifies as female/NB in their 30s. Molly is a lawyer from Melbourne, who enjoys running (don't worry, she cool), travelling, and trying the new hot restaurants around the city. For food tips, defo go to her. Cande is a writer and photographer from Buenos Aires, finishing a manuscript (so excited about it); outside of this, she is normally found chasing all the cultural experiences London has to offer or in a cafe reading 4 books at the same time.

Our lives are pretty busy as we are both social and like to go to shows, gigs, trips etc but we also enjoy an evening of gossip, sharing book recommendations and movies. We try to get a night out/dinner in once a month, to keep the bonding flowing.

Key things to note:
* We have a washing machine (no dryer)
* We have a dishwasher!
* Our TV is for hdmi only, we don’t have live tv
* We have our friends round for dinners/drinks etc and tend to offer our rooms to guests if one of us is away but this is not the house for hosting afters/late night parties.
* Our landlord is fabulous, he pops round (with permission) to fix things and is really kind and helpful.
* We want to make sure this place feels like home so we are gradually making changes to make this place feel ours;
* Rent payments will begin on the 1st of July.

The room is a bargain at £750. Bills come to around £110 a month for everything (council tax, water, internet etc). We are on a fixed rate for heating and therefore don’t need to ration it in the winter!! Deposit is £900 plus a holding deposit of £160 which will then be deductible from the rent.
