Bedroom in Hoxton

Hi,

We are the tenants from Flat 11 Great Mill Apartments and we are looking for a replacement for Mari who is moving to Brussels. The other tenants are Jose and Jun. Jose is a Portuguese architect and Jun is a Norwegian graphic designer.

“Jose and Jun are the coolest flat mates possible. They like to hang out, go to the park to have drinks, go to the cinema and even having nights out. They are also clean and tidy and respect privacy at home.” - Mari

The flat is by the Canal (we have a view from the balcony), close to London Fields, Broadway Market and Columbia Road. There's plenty of transport options, with the bus stop 3 minutes from the flat and the Overground Station 5 minutes away. The flat has a lot of space, with a large kitchen/living room filled with sunlight from east and south, and balcony, two bathrooms and plenty of storage. It also has parking space for bicycles and cars and a communal garden. The room is oriented east, so it has a nice soft light in the morning and is generally bright throughout the day. The flat is fully furnished.

Unfortunately we aren't able to accept applicants who are self-employed or students due to the referencing requirements of the managing agent.
