Hey, I’m Nicola. I’m looking for a new flatmate for the flat I’ve lived in for the last 4 years. The flat’s location is great. It is a good sized double room, with sole access to the main bathroom as I have an en-suite.
The flat is up for sale but the landlord has guaranteed a 6 months tenancy agreement for whoever moves in, which would then be extended if it hasn’t sold at the end of the 6 months. She’s offering it at £1000 to acknowledge there will be viewings. Bills will be approx. £160pm all in.
I am a teacher so I tend to have quieter weeknights, and busier weekends. I enjoy going to gigs, exploring London, cooking and travelling.
I am looking for someone sociable who would enjoy popping to the pub for a pint, going for a Sunday walk or having a night in cooking together, but also someone who enjoys their own space. Let me know if this sounds like a good fit!
