The Room:
Comes furnished with a bed and large wardrobe.

The House:
A large Victorian home with lots of communal space. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one has a bath, the other a shower), a well-equipped kitchen (all utensils/crockery is shared), a spacious dining room, a large living room with sofas, a basement (for storage) and a cute garden that we managed to do up during lockdown.

The bills:
- council tax is included in the rent
- £52.50 per person per month for internet electricity and gas
- water is around £12 per person per month
- cleaner comes once a week and we pay her on a rota each a week so you will pay £33 directly to her every 5 weeks.

The Housemates:
We are:
Lucy, 27 - works in properties management, into art, film, outdoors swimming.
Alex, 50-something - works in IT, loves Burning Man and is amazing at fixing things.
Judit,34 - dancer, yogi, PR manager from Hungary enjoying the London life.
Hande 34 - Chef - enjoys comedy and theatre, loves outdoor swimming, saunas and cold dips

We are friends and spend time together, but are also busy with our own lives around London (and elsewhere when we can)! We all enjoy socialising over a good pint/glass of wine.
We'd like someone who is happy to fit into our sociable atmosphere although we are also understanding of each other's personal space.
We like to keep the place clean and tidy and are respectful but are also understand that people might be on deadlines during the working day.

Location:
The location is ideal, anywhere in East London is easy to walk or cycle to and there are also fantastic transport links (4 min walk to Hackney Downs station and 7 minutes to Hackney Central). We are also right on the edge of the park. There's a shop at the bottom of the road which basically sells everything, or we are an 8-minute walk from big Tesco.

our landlady is currently renovating the entire outside of the house (pointing and painting) and is planning to do some painting renovation in the bathroom too. This work should be done April (ish).
