2 Rooms in Hackney Downs - Available September

Hi,

I'm Taha and I'm looking for 2 like minded people to join my house share in Hackney Downs. Me and my housemates have lived in the flat for 3 years, however 2 of them are now moving out so 2 rooms have become available.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Hackney Downs station, and close to a host of nice cafes, pubs/bars and restaurants and a short walk from London Fields, Broadway Market and Hackney Downs park.

The rooms are both double rooms with 1 larger than the other, so we've been splitting rent accordingly. Room 1 is available for £975/month and room 2 for £1100/month (smaller room is now taken)

Bills are not included but average to around £70/80 per month and council tax is £50/month. We also get a cleaner every 2 weeks which we share costs fir.

About myself, I am a 32 yr old professional in Forensic Technology and have lived in the area for a while, hence the reluctance to move. In my spare time I love to read (youd be welcome to join my book club if interested) and play and watch a number of sports, as well as film and tv.
